This game without a name

Arrows keys for movement.
Bottom arrow key allows for crouch.
Press V to use a rope.
Up arrow key to climb rope.
Lava bad. It kills.
Crouching for a while allows you to look down.
Get money! Its your score.
Ropes are very valuable. Use them wisely.
Crouching and pressing V allows you to place a rope downwards infront of you.
See a big blue wall? Great job! You finished a level.
Don't take to long in a level, a wall of lava in coming increasing speeds.
